This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used on kelenz.com. It complements our Privacy Policy. The Kelenz mobile application does not use cookies; it relies on local secure storage to maintain your session.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit a website. It stores information related to your browsing (language preference, signed-in session) or measures site audience. Some cookies are strictly necessary for the service to work; others may be activated based on your consent.

2. Cookies used on kelenz.com

We strictly limit cookie use to the following purposes:

  • Language preference (NEXT_LOCALE) — strictly necessary cookie, set when you change the interface language. Duration: 1 year. No personal data.
  • Authentication session (Supabase) — strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in to your Club account on the dashboard. Duration: active session. Not shared with third parties.
  • Live support chat (Crisp, Pro/Premium Clubs only) — strictly necessary session cookie to identify your support conversation. Duration: session only (cookieExpire=0).
  • Anonymised audience metrics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) — used to measure site performance and traffic without a user identifier or advertising profiling, in line with the CNIL's consent exemption for strictly necessary traffic-measurement tools.

3. Third-party cookies and advertising

Kelenz uses no advertising, profiling or data-resale cookies. The only third-party cookies that may be set (Crisp, Vercel) serve service operation or anonymised audience metrics, and no other purpose.

4. Managing your cookies

You may at any time configure your browser to refuse all or part of the cookies, or delete them manually. Refusing the language-preference cookie will only mean the loss of language memorisation. Refusing the session cookie will prevent you from staying signed in to the dashboard. Most browsers offer fine-grained cookie management in their Privacy or Security settings.

5. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the tools used on the site. The effective date at the top of this page is updated with each revision.
