This legal notice is provided in accordance with Article 6-III of French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 for confidence in the digital economy (LCEN). It applies to the Kelenz mobile application and the kelenz.com website.

The kelenz.com website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. Databases, authentication and edge functions are hosted by Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore. Media files (avatars, photos, videos) are hosted by Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (R2 service). The mobile application is distributed via Apple's App Store (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Ireland) and Google Play (Google Ireland Ltd., Ireland).
3. Intellectual Property
All elements making up the Services (architecture, software, source code, design, logos, trademarks, editorial texts, illustrations, original photographs) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Kelenz or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, modification, exploitation, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, by any means, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation. Content posted by users belongs to them; they grant Kelenz a limited usage licence for the purpose of operating the service, as defined in the Terms and Conditions.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. The use of cookies on the website is detailed in our Cookies Policy. In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction, exercisable at contact@kelenz.com.
