1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Kelenz. Users who are minors (between 16 and 18 years old) must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

To access the platform's features, you must create an account using email/password or an OAuth provider (Google, Apple). You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your credentials secure and not share access to your account. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use Kelenz only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You must not:

• violate any applicable law or regulation
• post unlawful, offensive, misleading or rights-infringing content (images, videos, text)
• impersonate another person, create fake profiles, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Subscriptions and Paid Plans

Kelenz offers different subscription plans for clubs: Free, Pro and Premium. The Free plan is available by default when a club account is created and provides limited access to features (restricted number of members, teams, matches and achievements). Pro and Premium plans offer expanded features with higher or unlimited limits, as well as access to live chat customer support. Current pricing is displayed on the subscription page of the club dashboard. Paid subscriptions automatically renew and are billed on a recurring basis according to the chosen billing cycle, until canceled by the user. Kelenz reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. Any pricing changes will be communicated to affected users and will take effect at the next billing cycle.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by our third-party provider Stripe, Inc. By subscribing to a paid plan, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Kelenz does not collect, store or have access at any time to your payment information (credit card number, expiration date, security code). This information is processed directly by Stripe in a secure environment compliant with PCI DSS standards. Kelenz only retains the technical identifiers necessary to manage your subscription (Stripe customer ID, subscription ID).

6. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through the Stripe management portal, accessible from your club dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period. At the end of that period, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining period after cancellation, unless required by applicable law.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post on Kelenz (photos, videos, profile, sports data, achievements). By posting content, you grant Kelenz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services. You may delete your content at any time from within the app.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Some club profiles may include links to third-party websites (official website, Instagram, X). These links are not under our control and we accept no responsibility for their content, privacy practices or terms of use.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app, which immediately and permanently deletes all your data. If you have an active paid subscription, deleting your account will also immediately cancel your subscription without refund. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including in case of violation of these Terms or any applicable law, without prior notice.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Kelenz is a sports networking platform provided "as is". We do not guarantee the continuous availability of the service or the accuracy of information posted by users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kelenz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Services.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the country where Kelenz is established. Any dispute arising from these terms will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
